Into the Drink + The Over/Under go public
Into the Drink
Imagine if Jacques Cousteau and Hunter S. Thompson adopted a wayward orphan ... Into The Drink is a travel show like no other. Host Aaron Faulls is part fish, part rock star, taking viewers past the known and into the unknown. This adventure has a twist that keeps us interested and informed. Aaron takes us all “into the drink” on an intoxicating celebration of exotic destinations near and far, experiencing and touring local breweries and distilleries and diving into eclectic nightlife in regions shared by some of the most mystifying creatures in the ocean. The sights, the sounds and even the smells from the sometimes unique local spirits to the poshest vineyards; from the tide's ebb to the wrecks, whales and adrenaline-pumping marine life in the middle of the deep blue sea. Who says drinking and diving don’t mix? It is all about the order of life that allows you to live it. If Anthony Bourdain has no reservations, then Aaron Faulls has no inhibitions.
The Over/Under
1 Boat. 7 Crew. 20 Guests. No matter what goes wrong, never, ever let them see you sweat. The Over/Under is a rare and unprecedented peek, your porthole view behind-the-scenes of the life of a liveaboard dive crew. Narrated by Aaron Faulls, the host of Into The Drink, it stars the crew of a world-class 125-foot dive yacht and its passengers joining them onboard, week in, week out. Life on these scuba yachts is pure luxury for their guests, and seemingly for the crew. Make no mistake, it can also be sheer hell for the men and women who help keep it afloat. Many of us daydream about telling our boss to shove it, and simply pointing at the map that tells us where to go. These crew members have done just that in the pursuit of living the life. This show is about life at sea, the good the bad, the ugly; how 7 crew members from all around the world learn to work together to make the most incredible week of diving for 20 guests from all around the world who love the ocean almost as much as they do. When they're not putting out fires, saving lives, battling illegal fishermen, filling high-pressure air tanks and preparing meals, they're making friends -- and enemies -- with the passengers in their charge. The interaction is always shocking ... and rewarding.

Turks & Caicos trip a huge success
As you know, the LiquidAssets.tv team was aboard the Turks & Caicos Explorer II in September and October, doing some great dives with some great divers and shooting The Over/Under and Into the Drink. We couldn't have had a better shoot if we had Scorsese himself on our team! Everything we planned turned out to be 10 times better than what we could have hoped for.
