Host Aaron Faulls is part fish, part rock star, taking viewers into the unknown. This adventure has a twist that keeps us interested and informed. Aaron takes us all “into the drink” on an intoxicating celebration of exotic destinations near and far, experiencing and touring local breweries and distilleries and diving into eclectic nightlife in regions shared by some of the most mystifying creatures in the ocean. The sights, the sounds and even the smells from the sometimes unique local spirits to the poshest vineyards; from the tide's ebb to the wrecks, whales and adrenaline-pumping marine life in the middle of the deep blue sea.

Life on these scuba yachts is pure luxury for their guests, and seemingly for the crew. Make no mistake, it can also be sheer hell for the men and women who help keep it afloat. Using a mix of current footage, brand new interview, vintage slides, audio and rare 8mm film unseen in almost 30 years, "Still On Her Keel: The Legacy Of The Chester Poling" explores the cycle change that surrounds Cape Ann's most popular shipwreck, a coastal tanker violently swallowed up by the Atlantic during a fierce Nor'easter in 1977. Battered by the elements both above and below the waves, she is now a meeting ground for divers with the passion for exploration, education or the thrill of simply descending to a vessel that met her untimely end. Approaching her 4th decade of rest on the bottom, the Chester A. Poling is a constant source of adventure for an ever-increasing circle of submariners. Without question, this is a film about a shipwreck ... but Still On Her Keel is also about touching history. It's about a raw power of nature – how concrete and steel eventually concede defeat.
